Raborn Chair in Pastoral Leadership
Associate Professor or Professor
Candidates should possess an earned doctorate in the appropriate field of study with preference for those also holding the M.Div. The applicant will need to hold a PhD, ThD or EdD with concentrations in the various expressions of practical theology: congregational studies, pastoral care, pastoral ministry/leadership, pastoral theology, preaching, etc.
Applicants will be asked to provide a letter of interest; curriculum vitae; transcripts; and philosophy of teaching statement. Pastoral ministry experience is expected and publications are required. Semi-finalists will be asked to provide three letters of reference. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Review of applications will begin September 15, 2021. Applications will be considered until November 1, though early applications are encouraged.
