Instructor of Mathematics

Description:

Charleston Southern University invites applications for an Instructor of Mathematics to teach 24 credit hours per year (12 each major semester). Serve the university on faculty committees; participate in department meetings and trainings; perform other tasks as assigned by the departmental chairperson.

Charleston Southern seeks candidates who are professing Christians, committed to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service. They should support the goals of a strong liberal arts education and be willing to explore with students the integration of faith and learning.

Qualifications:

Masters in Mathematics. Preference will be given to those candidates with teaching experience in mathematics service courses specifically College Algebra, Liberal Arts Mathematics, and Business Calculus.
