1. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

2. Three to five years of experience in marketing, and or digital marketing.

3. Three to 5 years of experience in higher education admissions.

4. Competency in Search Engine Optimization, and Search Engine Marketing

5. Strong organizational and analytical skills; great attention to details.

6. Strong interpersonal skills.

7. Strong oral and written communication skills.

Job Summary:

The Director of Admissions/Marketing has the primary responsibility for assisting the Vice President of Enrollment Management in creating and meeting enrollment strategies and goals for the University. Assist with recruiting online students, and prepare market research for new academic programs. The successful candidate must be a committed Christian who is passionate about Christ-centered higher education. This position reports to the Vice President of Enrollment Management.

Job Duties:

1. Assist with developing a strategy to increase SU enrollment (online and traditional).

2. Assist VP of Enrollment Management with establishing enrollment goals online and traditional).

3. Develop digital and print marketing materials (online and traditional).

4. Liaison with SU marketing partners.

5. Review and enhance the current website to support enrollment initiatives.

6. Responsible for Search Engine Optimization for Admissions.

7. Responsible for Search Engine Marketing for Admissions.

8. Assist with training new Online Enrollment Counselors.

9. Prepare market research for possible new program initiatives.

10. Responsible for monitoring SU website google analytics and online footprints.

11. Assist with boosting admission social media presence.

12. Develop and implement a strategic plan to focus on increasing inquiries and applications.

13. Other duties as assigned.
